1. Acceptance

By creating an account and using SecureVPN, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Permitted Use

SecureVPN may only be used for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to:

• Conduct illegal activities of any kind
• Distribute spam, malware, or engage in phishing
• Violate the rights of others
• Attempt to bypass security measures of other systems

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others. Each account is for individual use only.

4. Subscription & Billing

Access is provided on a subscription basis. Plans are available monthly ($2/month) or yearly ($14/year). A 3-day free trial is available upon registration. Subscriptions are not automatically renewed — you must manually renew.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice or refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

SecureVPN is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
